8th Anniversary Spend and Win Contest (27 Sept – 14 Nov 2022)

The HomePro 8th Anniversary Spend and Win (’Contest’) is organized by Home Product Center (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. 201101026613 (954749-T) [”HomePro”]. By participating in this Contest, the contestant hereby expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This Contest opens to all HomePro Malaysia members except for all employees of HomePro, their affiliates and/or their related companies, advertising agencies, promotion service providers and members of their immediate families.
This contest shall commence from 27th September 2022 at 10.00am and close on 14th November 2022 at 11.59pm (’Contest Period’). HomePro may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice to any party whatsoever. Entries received outside the Contest Period shall automatically be disqualified
Spend a minimum of RM88 and above in a single receipt for 1 entry. The receipt shall be generated from the purchases made at HomePro Malaysia retail stores during contest period. The contestant is required to fill in the Google form and submit online.
The winners will be announced/published via HomePro Malaysia Facebook Page within 2 weeks after contest period ended and winners will be notified via email / WhatsApp.
Prize fulfillment would take place within eight (8) weeks after the Contest Period ends. All prizes must be claimed within 28 days from the date of notification from HomePro. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after the 28 days period.
The Prizes must be collected in person at HomePro HQ office at Level 17, Menara Summit or any HomePro retail stores unless advised otherwise. Identification, which includes NRIC that displays a photograph of the winner and original receipt with same receipt number submitted for the contest will be required.
In the event of the Organizer is requested to post/courier a Prize to a winner, the Organizer will not be held liable of non-receipt of Prize or damages caused during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of Prize will be entertained
The winner may be required to attend the prize giving ceremony and/or participate in any publicity programs.
All costs, fees and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the contestants and/or winners in relation to the Contest and/or to claim the prize(s), which shall include but not limited to the costs for transportation, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs are the sole responsibility of the winners.
HomePro reserves the right to disqualify the contestant from participating in this Contest and/or reject any entries which are incomplete, illegible, disfigured, submitted beyond the dateline or without the proper proof of purchase at its absolute discretion.
HomePro reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with any other prize with similar value without prior notice. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any up-front cash or kind.
The judges’ decision is final, conclusive and no further correspondence, queries or appeal shall be entertained.
Each contestant who takes part in this Contest is deemed to have given their consent for the purpose of using their particulars for all forms of advertising and publicity.
HomePro shall reserve the right to use including but not limited to the contestants’ name, address, photo, other details and/or documents of all the winners of this Contest for advertising purposes or as the material for all forms of publicity at all times without any further notice.
HomePro reserves the right to amend, delete or add these Terms & Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended Terms & Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms & Conditions.
