Services Procedures

• Pre-Inspection and Preparation: Our cleaning professional will start with a pre-inspection and preparation. The mattress will be prepared for efficient vacuuming and dust mite eradication. Any prior issues, such as discoloration, mattress type or age, stains, tears, and other concerns, will be noted and examined.
• Pre-Vacuuming: Pre-vacuuming the mattress allows the cleaning professional to assess the number of dust mites by vacuuming them onto a piece of black fabric.
• Dust Mite Risk Check: Check for the presence of dust mites.
• Bottom Surface Cleaning: Start the “Mattress Sanitizing System” and vacuum the bottom surface of the mattress for 20 to 25 minutes to remove debris, dust mites, and other contaminants.
• Top Surface Cleaning: Start the “Mattress Sanitizing System” and vacuum the top and sleeping surface of the mattress for 20 to 25 minutes to remove dirt, dust mites, and other debris.
• Post-Cleaning Check: The cleaning professional will vacuum dust mites onto a black piece of fabric to reassess dust mite density after cleaning.
• Final Touches: Keep all tools and supplies organized and neatly arrange your mattress.

Terms and Conditions

• The customer must apply for any necessary work passes or permits in advance of the installation date. If no application is made before the installation date, the contractor/installer has the right to postpone or cancel the installation. The customer will be charged a minimum of RM 50 for travel fees for any visit where installation cannot be performed due to this issue.
• Rescheduling or altering the service date is feasible if requested at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
• Liability coverage for any possible damages to items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to twice the amount of the service fee.
• The company reserves all rights to preclude the following circumstances:
  • The customer hires third-party or unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the work of the company.
  • The customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry out tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or obtaining the company’s consent.
  • Improper usage or maintenance, accidents, or parts that exceed their expiration date.
