Service Procedures
1. Check the air conditioner for any issues by doing an inspection.
2. Prior to servicing, check the voltage, current, and temperature (refrigerant pressure inspection and measurement are not included).
3. To avoid risks and tragedies, turn off all electrical sources.
4. To let the client examine the collected pollutants on the evaporator coil, filtration pads, cross flow fan, etc. before cleaning, remove the evaporator coil cover, filtration pads, drain line/tray, etc.
5. Clean the evaporator coil cover and then blow some air on it.
6. To prevent moisture buildup during spray cleaning, cover the evaporator mainboards and circuits with a plastic cover or bag.
7. Use a high-pressure sprayer with a curved rod to clean the aforementioned parts.
8. Use a tiny brush to clean the drainage hole of the front and back drain trays that are connected to the drain hose.
9. Blow-dry the drain hose, cross-flow fan, and evaporation coil.
10. Remove any remaining dust particles and check the electronic mainboard's functionality.
11. Permit the client to check the cleanliness following the cleaning.
12. Build the evaporator coil cover and the flaps.
13. Pour water into the evaporator coil to check the drain hose connector.
14. Remove the water and filter the debris.
15. Remove the condenser coil cover, clean it, and blow air. Apply canvas over the condenser coil and use a high-pressure sprayer to clean it.
16. Use an electric blower to blow the mainboard and condenser coil.
17. Assemble the condenser coil's lid.
18. Clean the evaporator and condenser coils' surface.
19. Turn on the electricity and gauge the temperature and electric current.
20. Spray Q All cleaner.
21. Photograph the air conditioner after cleaning to document how it functions.
22. Use ozone to fumigate.
23. Filter the wastewater before dumping it into the sanitary sewer.
