Service Procedures
1. Check the air conditioner for any issues by doing an inspection.
2. Prior to servicing, check the voltage, current, and temperature (refrigerant pressure inspection and measurement are not included).
3. To avoid risks and tragedies, turn off all electrical sources.
4. To let the client examine the collected pollutants on the evaporator coil, filtration pads, cross flow fan, etc. before cleaning, remove the evaporator coil cover, filtration pads, drain line/tray, etc.
5. Clean the evaporator coil cover and then blow some air on it.
6. To prevent moisture buildup during spray cleaning, cover the evaporator mainboards and circuits with a plastic cover or bag.
7. Use a high-pressure sprayer with a curved rod to clean the aforementioned parts.
8. Use a tiny brush to clean the drainage hole of the front and back drain trays that are connected to the drain hose.
9. Blow-dry the drain hose, cross-flow fan, and evaporation coil.
10. Remove any remaining dust particles and check the electronic mainboard's functionality.
11. Permit the client to check the cleanliness following the cleaning.
12. Build the evaporator coil cover and the flaps.
13. Pour water into the evaporator coil to check the drain hose connector.
14. Remove the water and filter the debris.
15. Remove the condenser coil cover, clean it, and blow air. Apply canvas over the condenser coil and use a high-pressure sprayer to clean it.
16. Use an electric blower to blow the mainboard and condenser coil.
17. Assemble the condenser coil's lid.
18. Clean the evaporator and condenser coils' surface.
19. Turn on the electricity and gauge the temperature and electric current.
20. Spray Q All cleaner.
21. Photograph the air conditioner after cleaning to document how it functions.
22. Use ozone to fumigate.
23. Filter the wastewater before dumping it into the sanitary sewer.
Terms and Conditions
- HomePro reserves the right to reject installations on glass blocks, mirrors, metal, wooden furniture, and any kind of stone.
- For plastered ceilings, the company will drill only in the area related to the installation.
- HomePro will not cover any painting or repair work if the customer insists on proceeding with the installation.
- The working site must be a flat surface of 2-3 square meters, with a height from the floor to the machine not exceeding 3 meters.
- If the height from the floor to the machine exceeds 3 meters, the customer must provide scaffolding for the installation. If scaffolding rental is required, installation work will resume after the scaffolding is delivered to the location.
- If the site requires extra installation equipment or exceeds standard installation, the customer will be charged accordingly (refer to the table).
- If the site conditions require more than one day of installation work, the installer has the right to reschedule the installation date.
- If installation work cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unsuitable weather conditions or other site-related issues, the installer has the right to reschedule the installation date. The customer will be informed prior to the rescheduling.
- The customer must apply for any necessary work passes or permits in advance of the installation date. If no application is made before the installation date, the contractor/installer has the right to postpone or cancel the installation. The customer will be charged a minimum of RM 50 for travel fees for any visit where installation cannot be performed due to this issue.
- Rescheduling or altering the service date is feasible if requested at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
- Liability coverage for any possible damages to items or properties caused by the team will be compensated according to the actual price but is limited to twice the amount of the service fee.
- The company reserves all rights to preclude the following circumstances:
- The customer hires third-party or unaffiliated personnel to fix, alter, or modify the work of the company.
- The customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry out tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or obtaining the company’s consent.
- Improper usage or maintenance, accidents, or parts that exceed their expiration date.
