Please read the instruction manual and caution prior to installation and use.

The surface for installation should be study and smooth.

Cautions

Avoid using abrasive or sharp objects as it may cause damage.

Do not flush any non-flushable items down the toilet as it will clog your toilet.

Do not stand or step on the seat as it may cause injuries.

Do not hammer or drop any solid objects on to the product as it may cause damage and danger.

Do not drill or modify any parts.

Do not use any corrosive or concentrated agents to clean the product.

1. Service Fee

Labor cost includes: Removal/ Hauling away/ Installation of toilet/ Installation of stop valve, water inlet hose, and rinsing spray hose for the installation spot only.
Equipment fee includes: White cement/ Pipe thread tape/ Solvent cement
Service fee does not include: modification or extension of water supply pipe or drainage pipe and any other issues such as clog, odors, toilet vent systems, and etc.

2. Installation Warranty

180-day Warranty will be valid starting from the service date and cover only issues based on installation only.
Warranty does not include the problem of clogged toilet.
The company shall be responsible for only the liability coverage of the actual damages incurred but limited to the twice of the service fee according to HOMEPRO’s standards.
In case the customer requires the company to inspect after the warranty period has already expired, an inspection fee of 500 baht will be charged (reparation excluded).
In case of any damages, toilet removal/uninstallation is not included in the warranty.
The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages incurred from:
i. Customer hires a third party to install, fix, alter, or modify the works of the company and the warranty will be invalidated immediately.
ii. Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without informing the company or the company’s consent.

3. Installation terms and conditions

The company reserves the right to provide installation service for the products/items purchased from HOMEPRO only and the right to not to accept return/exchange/refund once the products/items have been installed already.
Company’s installation service includes the use of cement adhesive only. The warranty does not cover in case the customer requires mounting or drilling for installation.
In case of mounting or drilling on granite/hard tiles, the cost of the compatible drill bits used for installation will be additionally charged according to excess equipment fee table.
The company reserves the right to refuse retrieving or bringing back any old products/items that have already been hauled away.
Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies or legal entity of housing estate/condominium must be properly managed by the customer prior to installation.

Any service areas further than the stated end points to another 100 km, an additional fee of 15 baht/km will be charged. From 101 km and further, the upcountry flat rate will be applied.
