This elastic cement provides excellent adhesion and UV resistance, making it perfect for applying on the areas where it must be contact with liquid or water such as in balconies, bathrooms, swimming pools, ponds, tunnels, water tanks, basements, factory roofs and farm lodges. Applications can be done prior to tiling and can be done on the existing leaking tiles (without requiring the existing tiles to be removed).
