This water-based paint is ideal for houses or any areas where fresh and clean air is a vital hygienic factor. With the innovative AIR CLEAN property from the technology of Titanium-oxide, the paint is able to purify air to make your room clean. It is also able to effectively eliminate dirty and toxic compound including bacteria, germs and mold. Plus, the BIO CLEAN technology generates air purifying process, making your room clean from bacteria and unpleasant odors.

Properties

3D air purification technology in the paint allows you to move in within 5 minutes after dry.

Contains pure gold ion for removing up to 99.99% of viruses and bacteria, including Corona virus

Washable and cleanable for up to 200,000 times.

Effectively eliminates bacteria, germs, fungus and unpleasant odors.

Reacts with light to purify and remove Formaldehyde for clean and fresh air in your room.

Product Usage

Make sure that the surface is clean and dry completely at least 1 month or with moisture content on the surface less than 14%.

Repair all surface imperfections prior to application. Fill or seal hair line cracks with BEGER ACRYLIC FILLER F-204.

Product Tips

Surface with fungus, mold and mildew growth must be cleaned off and follow by the treatment of fungicidal wash with BEGER MOULD FREE M-001.

For new masonry surface: Apply 1 coat of BEGER ULTRA HIDE PRIMER B-2100 (Solvent based)

Cautions

Moisture content on the substrate must be less than 14% (by weight). Allow a new masonry surface to dry for at least 28 days prior to application.

Do not use any acidic-alkaline agents to clean the product.

Keep in a dry place and out of reach of children.

Keep away from all sources of heat and flame.

Do not expose to direct sunlight for too long as it may cause damages to the product.
