SKIM COAT BESBOND 20KG WHITE

This cement-based skim coat from BESBOND is the new solution to your surfaces. The skim coat offers smoothness and beauty to surfaces with premixed cement. Simply mix with water and obtain a homogenous mix. It provides high bonding to surfaces. Multiple coatings are acceptable without damaging the surface structures. It is ideal for coating on concrete surfaces to seal or patch cracks, holes, and voids.

Properties

Cement-based skim coat is ideal for smoothing, patching, and leveling concrete surfaces with the thinnest coat of 0.3-3 mm.

Provides strong bonding, fast drying, and smoothness to surfaces

Prevents water absorption and resists all weather conditions

Mix with water and ideally apply on exterior and interior ceilings and walls

Product Usage

For smoothing, leveling and patching holes, cracks and voids in concrete.

Mix the skim coat with water according to the recommended ratio. Stir until a homogenous mix is obtained and apply onto a prepared surface with a trowel.

Product Tips

The surface should be clean and free from dust, grease and contaminants prior to application.

For rough surfaces with lots of holes and voids, apply 2-3 thin coats and leave to dry for 1-2 hours prior to the next application.

The surface should be clean and free from dust, grease and contaminants prior to application.

Do not apply on surfaces with high temperature. If the application surface is hot and dry, slightly sprinkle water to damp it or apply concrete bonding agent.

Use of personal protective equipment and clothing such as gloves, goggles, and masks is recommended to prevent direct physical contact.

Wash and dry your hands properly after use.

In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention immediately if irritation persists.

Keep away from food, children, and pets.

Keep away from all sources of heat, flame, and dampness.

Do not dispose the package into public water sources.
