Terms & Conditions

Remove and dispose of the existing tiles or finishes. Level the floor or surface (not exceeding 5 cm.), lay tiles, grout floor, and remove the excess afterwards.
Before performing tile installtion for an area of more than 10 sq.m, tile laying for repeating patterns, or bathroom tile installation, the area inspection must be carried out first.
Service fee rate for an area not exceeding 1 sq.m is considered as the same rate of 1 sq.m.
In case of additional standard equipment is given for free along with product and used for installation according to actual number of use and area, there is no labor fee charge.
The company reserves the right to hand over unused tools, equipment, or items. Please note that unused items cannot be exchanged for cash or discount.

Preparation Information

Please read the product information and understand on-site installation procedure before making a purchase.
The site must not be under maintenance. Please have the products prepared and ready for installation.
In case the tile installation areas have high moisture and a high risk of leakage, such as balconies, bathrooms on second floor and above, or areas next to a bathroom, waterproof sealant application is recommended.
Utilities expense, parking fee, inquiry of permits, and security deposit/damage deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer prior to installation.
Please make a postponement for 2 days in advance before the scheduled date. In case the service cannot be provided due to inoperable work area or postponement without advanced notice, 300 baht/ job would be additionally charged as transportation cost.

Installation Warranty

180-Day warranty is included. Warranty commences from the completion date of installation service.
he company reserves the right to reject return/exchange/refund for the products/items that have been already installed, deteriorate due to usage, or are contained in a teared package.
The company shall be responsible for only the liability coverage of the actual damages incurred but limited to the twice of the specific service fee.
The company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred from

- The product or spare parts are misused, wrongly maintained, accidentally broken, or reached their lifespan.
- Customer hires a third party to install, fix, alter, or modify the works of the company and the warranty will be invalidated immediately.
- Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without paying the service fee.
- Contributing factors and structural collapses at the worksite.

Product Tips

The pattern may differ from each other due to the production. Purchase additionally 5-10% from the total usage amount for future renovation.

Please note that tiles naturally vary in shade, color, size and appearance from batch to batch. It is important to buy all you need at one time. Different orders may get tiles from different batches.

Cautions

In case of incorrect shades, series and sizes, return the product to the store where it is purchased as soon as possible.

Always make sure that the surface is even and flat, if not then surface leveling before installation will be required.

The leveled subfloor should be left to dry for 3-4 weeks before laying tiles.

Mix the mortar with waterproof liquid to grout in order to prevent dampness and humidity.

Before application, leave the tile in clean water for 30 to 45 minutes.

Leave 3 - 5 mm. between each tile and the tiles should be laid into the same direction.

Do not use any acidic-alkaline or brackish water to mix with mortar. Only use clean water.

Do not clean the product with concentrated chemical or acidic-alkaline agents.

The company shall not be responsible under any circumstances for damages from not following the stated instructions.

Wall Tile Installation Manual

Please read the manual, instruction, guidance and warning carefully before installation.
Large tiles (from size 60x90) should be handled and moved around by suitable suction cups at all times in order to prevent tiles from bending and Tile Leveling should be used to adjust floor tiles level and Spacers should also be utilized to ensure accurate spacing grout.
Using a notched trowel and cement tile adhesive in dry tiling method is more recommended than wet tiling method where mortar is used as an adhesive. Subsidence of mortar is likely to cause unevenness of the surface of each tile, resulting in tiles cracking or separating in the future
In tile cutting, the tile cutter should be longer than the dimension of the tile. Also, choose the right type of a scoring wheel to suit specific hardness and surface texture of each tile.
For electric tile cutters, choose the right blades to suit different levels of hardness of each tile.

Surface Preparation

At construction site, most area is rough surface concrete or masonry. Therefore, its level should be adjusted by mortar in order to be the same level as specified and has smooth surface before installation (+/- 3mm allowance).
The surface must be cleaned and dried .Any cracks or damages must be repaired and leveled prior to tiling.
Tiles should be laid on concrete or cement substrates and surfaces only.
Carefully check the strength of structure and all types of surface before installation.

General Wall Tiles Installation

Mark the starting point of your tile by considering on the position of tiles to be appropriate.
During installation, start laying tiles by ensuring the flatness of tiles surface and proper grout lines by drawing a line at all times.
For wall tiles, granite, porcelain tiles there will usually be arrowhead or sign underneath the tiles. Follow the directional guidance in tile laying to make sure all tiles are laid out facing the same direction.
According to TIS, the different of tile thickness may vary within 10%.
Do not lay tiles without grouts space (See the table below)

Make sure there is no gap underneath the tiles
Always clean the surface and grout space of the tile during laying.
Removal of fragments should be done after 1 day completion of most work.
For installation using tile adhesive, allow it to completely set for at least 1 day before grouting.

10. For installation using mortar, allow it to completely set for at least 4 days before grouting.

11. Tile surfaces and grout lines should be properly cleaned prior to grouting.

12. Fill the joints with grout using a trowel to scrape across the joints. Grout needs to be cleaned off intermittently.Do not let grout dry because it is too difficult to clean.

13. Before using the area, leave the grout to set for 1 day and properly clean.

14. For sophisticating laying patterns or any pattern other than a straight lay, consult with designer and specialist before installation.

Instruction:

You may purchase additional tiles for 5% of the total tiles or consult with designer, tiler for proper amount.
Do not paint or use any chemical pen to write on tiles surface.

Warnings

Please check product details on the package such as tones, series, and size before installation. In case of incorrect shades, series and size, please return the product to HomePro at the branch where it is purchased as soon as possible.
Each tile may naturally vary in tones, colors, shades and patterns. It is recommended to randomly use tiles from multiple packages for color balance.
Assess and check the wall surface for unevenness. If the surface is unbalanced, it should be properly leveled and evened prior to installation.
Waterproof underlayment is necessary for wet areas. Consult with specialist before installation.
Allow the leveled wall to dry at least 3-4 weeks before installation.
For installation, in case of using mortar, tiles should be soaked in clean water (do not use brackish water) for 30-45 minutes. In case of using tile adhesive, no need to soak tiles.
Do not use water with acidic/ alkaline/ brackish condition. Only mix mortar with clean water.
Do not use any acidic/alkaline agent or harsh chemical to clean tiles.
