ACRYLIC ROOF SEAL LANKO 451 20KG GRAY

LANKO 451 is a ready-to-use acrylic waterproofing membrane. It is suitable for sealing both interior and exterior areas such as walls, balconies, ceilings, rooftops, etc. The product is capable of bridging or sealing cracks to prevent leakage. Plus, it features UV resistance which protects against discoloration of the film. Low VOCs and nontoxic properties make it harmless for you and your loved ones.

Properties
400% Elongation which is able to seal 1-2 mm cracks.
UV resistant and ideal for both indoor/outdoor uses.
Mold and fungus resistant as well as flake and stain free.
Product Usage
Stir the product, LANKO 451, before applying.
Allow it to dry for 2-4 hours after the first application and then apply another coat at 0.7 kg/sq.m
Product Tips
Please read the instruction manual thoroughly.
The surface should be free from dust, grease and any contaminants prior to application.
Cautions
Always wear protective clothing to prevent skin irritation.
Keep in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
Do not consume or inhale.
The product should be used up at once after opening.
