TILE GROUT JORAKAY TURBO PLUS 0.5KG EXECUTIVE GREY

JORAKAY Turbo Plus is a special formulated tile grout made from special cement and additives which helps increase followability. It provides high compressive strength, firmness and durability. Also, it features anti-black mold and algae with Microban and water-repellent with hydrophobic agent added, making it perfect for interior, exterior applications and specific area that requires high resistance such as living room, garage, sauna, etc.

Floor

Joint width 0.2-1 mm: Mix 0.5 kg of grout powder with 0.165 liters of clean water, or 3 parts grout to 1 part water (by volume)

Joint width 2-5 mm: Mix 0.5 kg of grout powder with 0.15 liters of clean water, or 3.5 parts grout to 1 part water (by volume)

Wall

Joint width 0.2-1 mm: Mix 0.5 kg of grout powder with 0.15 liters of clean water, or 3.5 parts grout to 1 part water (by volume)

Joint width 2-5 mm: Mix 0.5 kg of grout powder with 0.14 liters of clean water, or 3.8 parts grout to 1 part water (by volume)

Mixing

Add the grout into water and mix it well with low speed drill.
Recommend to use within 20 minutes (pot life)
Discard grout when too stiff to work, do not add more water to prolong usage

Properties

Great ability to flow deeply and bond in narrow joint (between 0.2-5 mm)

Fast setting, area is ready to use in 6 hours after applied

Anti-black mold and algae with Microban

Water repellent with hydrophobic agent added

Chemical and acid resistance

Preventing efflorescence with WCAC Technology

Product Usage

Joint width 0.2-1 mm: Mix 2.7-3.2 parts of grout to 1 part water (by volume).

Joint width 1-5 mm: 3.3-4 parts of grout to 1 part water (by volume).

Product Tips

Care should be taken to prevent the grout from drying out, by covering the installation with natural Kraft paper.

Plastic sheeting or newspaper should not be used.

Cautions

May be harmful to the eyes, skin, or lungs. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection.

In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.

After contact with skin, wash immediately with water.

Keep out of reach of children.
