Fukuro Chef Series knives are made of high quality AISI 420 stainless steels. Its high chromium stainless steel built-up provides excellent strength for cutting and good corrosion resistance. Fukuro knives are made of full forged stainless steel with its handle wrapped with thermoplastic rubber, which is BPA free and safe. The shape of the handle provides comfortable grip. Fukuro is also attentive to the weight of our knives so that you always have enough control yet does not cause unnecessary fatigue. Fukuro Chef Knife is a multipurpose knife used for cutting meat, dicing vegetables, slicing herbs, carving and many other usages. Cuts are made downward with a rocking motion from the tip to the end of
