PENTENS SEAL SELF-ADHESIVE RUBBERIZED ASPHALT 50MM SILVERPENTENS SEAL is a flexible polymer modified bituminous strip with a matt grey vinyl coated aluminum foil facing. It is a flexible waterproof seal in all conditions of exposure likely to occur in practice. PENTENS SEAL should not be used unprotected on traffic surfaces, where it will be susceptible to damage, other than roof areas subject to occasional maintenance traffic only. It can use to zinc & metal roofs, gutters, pipes, tiles, roofing felt, asbestos, most rigid plastics, water jars, awning leaks, brick, glass, van roof repairs, wood, concrete and many other substrates.

Product Usage
Suitable for sealing and repairing leaks on roofing, gutters, and flashing in both residential and commercial buildings. Can be used to waterproof foundations, window frames, and pipe joints for construction and maintenance applications.
Product Tips
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust or grease to maximize adhesion. After applying, press down firmly and smooth out any air bubbles to secure a tight seal.
Cautions
Do not modify or misuse the product. Do not use any acidic-alkaline agents to clean the product. Keep away from all sources of heat and flame. Keep in a dry place and out of reach of children. Do not use with non-standard or incompatible tools. |
