  • Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery address, types of product and couriers. A final delivery fee will be displayed on the payment/checkout page (after filling the delivery address).
  • Small item is the product that could be packed in one box and carried by one person. The item(s) will be delivered by third-party couriers such as FMX Freight Mark Express, etc.

Standard Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. Free standard delivery of all orders purchased through www.homepro.com.my and HomePro Application is subject to HomePro’s delivery fees. (As shown in the table)
  2. The item(s) will be dispatched and shipped out after a legit proof of payment has been confirmed by a customer and a confirmation email has been received.
  3. Delivery will be processed according to the order number. Depending on each type of product, you may receive multiple packages even the items are in the same order number.
  4. The item(s) will be delivered by HomePro's delivery teams who are also able to provide installation service if required, or third-party couriers such as FMX Freight Mark Express, or vendors. Please note that your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 2-14 business days, depending on the processing time as certain items may require time to be produced/ assembled/ sourced (pre-order), which will be displayed during your purchase.
  5. All orders will be strictly delivered to the designated address provided at checkout. After your order and delivery have been confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
  6. All orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
  7. Delivery time may be changed or delayed due to product availability or in case of pre-order items.
  8. You will be contacted by delivery teams or couriers 1-3 days in advance prior to the delivery. You may receive an SMS or be contacted regarding appointment of your delivery. Failure to be contacted may result in delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  9. For any item(s) shipped by HomePro delivery team, if the item(s) doesn’t come with packaging or is not pre-cushioned, the company reserves the right not to cushion or wrap the item(s) for you to reduce the amount of waste and comply to environmental-friendly campaigns.
  10. If you haven't received your order within 3 days after your delivery has been confirmed as success by our team or a courier, please kindly contact our HomePro Call Center 1-800-28-2268.
  11. Please inspect all your item(s) immediately upon delivery arrival. In case of further inquiries, please contact our HomePro Call Center 1-800-28-2268.
